- Dah kembang belum? Hehe. Ok dah kembang masukkan telur ke dalam bancuhan A tadi. Make sure dia dah suam2 gitu.. Masuk dalam bahan A dan kacau sebati. Masa ni korang dah kena standby periuk kukus. Bagi didih air sebab kita nak masukkan kek masa air kukus tu mendidih..
- Dah sebati, masukkan bahan kedalam tepung kita.. Perlahan2 ye.. Kacau sampai dia tak berketul..
- Dah siap kacau. Korang ambik loyang, sapukan marjerin pada loyang. Sapu rata. Dah rata, masukkan tepung gandum.lungsurkan pada loyang ye.. Tepuk2 sikit. Ni supaya kek awak nanti senang keluar dari saranghae. Haha..
- Dah siap, masukkan adunan kita yg dah perfect tadi kedalam loyang.ratakan.kemudian tutup permukaan dengan aluminum foil. Aluminum foil tu korang bg ada ruang sikit kt atas, supaya kek senang mengembang. Mcam kita buat tu. Jangan tlalu rata.hodoh kan saya balut. Hahaha.lantak. Yg penting hasil diaaaaa.. Pergh.
- Kemudian, bila air pgukus kita dah didih elok, masukkan adunan kita kedalam pgukus dan biarkan selama 1 jam. Api tak perlu terlalu kuat.
- Sementara tgu kek kita siap, korang boleh start bancuh topping. Topping cara saya ni senang je.. Korang campurkan semua adunan. Masak atas api sederhana. Kacau2 sampai dia agak didih. Tutup api.ce rasa.. Sedap kan. 😘.
- Tiktoktiktok, kek dah siap. Keluarkan. Sejukkan ye.. Dah sejuk, keluarkan dari loyang, potong dan curah coklat topping kita. Dannnn ngappp.
