- 16 oz mentega (500g).
- 1/2 tin susu pekat manis.
- 1 tin sederhana seri kaya (aznie bubuh 1 cawan je).
- 1 s/t esen vanila.
- c bahan.
- 160 g coklat masakan (aznie bubuh 200g).
- 120 g cream cheese.

- Cara -MASAKKAN COKLAT JUGA CREAM CHEESE SECARA DOUBLE BOIL SECARA BERASINGAN HINGGA CAIR.... KETEPIKAN...
- Didalam bekas yg lain pukul bahan b hingga kembang dan berkrim....
- Kemudian masukkan adunan telur tadi kedalam adunan mentega sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus memukulhingga sebati....
- Masukkan campuran tepung jg holick yang telah diayak sedikit demi sedikit... pukul hingga ia sebati.....
- Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian... (1) + warna kuning & cream cheese (2) + warna coklat& coklat masakan.
- Masukkan adunan kedalam botol sos yang berlainan (aznie guna piping bag je)....
- Lenserkan loyang dan alas dengan kertas kek....
- Paip kan adunan secara menyerong secara berselang seli hingga habis....
- Kemudian bakar pada suhu 180' hingga masak... (lapisan pertama bakar dengan menggunakan api atas jg bawah... lapisan kedua dan berikutnya guna api atas je ye...).
- Apabila dan masak.. tekan kek dengan penekan.. tekan perlahan ye..jangan kuat plk.. kemudian oaipkan adunan lagi secara menyerong juga...kemudian bakar...
- Ulang proses melapis hingga semua adunan habis....
- Siap.....
