The cake directly translates to Layer cake, because as you see it is made up of multi layered thin sponge.

- 500 g butter.
- 10 biji telur (a).
- 85 g gula halus.
- 1 s/b overlatte.
- 1 tin susu pekat manis.
- 1 s/b esen vanila.
- 270 g tepung hong kong.
- 150 g horlick.
- 50 g coffe mate.
- 250 g cream cheese (pukul sebati dulu).
- 1 s/b blueberry flavour.
- grape colouring secukupnya.
- 1 s/ b coklat emulco.
- 1 s/b black coco powder.
- dried cranberries secukupnya.
- pewarna putih (aznie bubuh skit je sebab abis stok).
- 1 s/t glycerine.

- ✅masukkan esen vanila juga susu pekat....
- ✅akhir sekali masukkan holick, coffe mate juga tepung hong kong.. pukul hingga ia sebati....
- ✅BAHAGIKAN ADUNAN KEPADA 2 BAHAGIAN.. (1)PLAINT + WARNA PUTIH + CREAM CHEESE - SEBATIKAN (2)+ GLYCERINE -SEBATIKAN.. BAHAGIKAN LAGI KEPADA 2 BAHAGIAN.. (i) + BLUE BERRY FLAVOUR + PEWARNA GRAPE COLOURING (ii) +BLACK COCO POWDER + COKLAT EMULCO.
- ✅panaskan oven pada suhu 160'-170'..
- ✅masukkan 2 1/2 senduk kecil adunan coklat.. ratakan dan bakar ngan guna api atas bawah hingga masak...
- ✅lapiskan pula ngan lapisan warna grape.. bakar guna api atas sahaja... diikuti lapisan coklat kemudian grape....
- ✅untuk lapisan seterusnya hingga habis adunan dibakar guna api atas je ye...
- ✅lapiskan adunan plain.. kemudian bakar hingga masak...
- ✅kemudian lapiaskan lagi adunan plain.. tabur dried cranberries.. bakar hingga masak.. masak adunan plain hingga habis adunan.. tabur dried cranberries secara berselang seli lapisan ye...
- ✅lapiskan pula adunan grape.. ratakan dan bakar hingga ia masak...
- ✅lapiskan pula adunan coklat.. dan bakar.. ulang melapis warna grape dan diakhiri ngan warna coklat....
- ✅selamat mencuba....
- ✅biarkan ia didalam peti ais selama 6 jam.. sebaiknya semalaman.. baru dipotong ye...
